Welcome to The Drawing Board
The Drawing Board is a living space for creative work in progress—where ideas are sketched, reshaped, layered, and made real.
Curated by Moez Numa, the platform brings together a diverse range of artists and mediums—visual, sonic, digital, written—without restriction to style or school. This is a space where you might find blackbook sketches next to design experiments, audio loops beside short stories, or mural work side by side with process films.
It’s not about polish. It’s about presence.
This project was born from the idea that the most inspired work often happens behind the scenes—on scraps of paper, in forgotten folders, or during long conversations between friends. The Drawing Board gives those moments a place to breathe.
Who is Moez Numa?
The name Moez Numa is layered in meaning.
Moez is a play on “Most,” reflecting a desire to stay in motion—most inspired, most open, most present.
Numa draws from the Greek word pneuma, meaning breath, spirit, or life force. It’s also a quiet acronym:
Never Underestimate My Abilities.
What began as a personal creative identity—across music, graffiti, writing, and visual art—has evolved into a curatorial lens for other artists as well. Moez Numa is now a banner for collaboration, storytelling, and shared exploration.
Why The Drawing Board?
The phrase “back to the drawing board” implies starting again—but here, it’s not about failure. It’s about revision as ritual. Creation as a cycle. Returning, refining, rebuilding—whether you're starting something new or reshaping something old.
We believe every artist deserves a place to show their process as well as their finished pieces. The Drawing Board is that place.
